Illegally washing cars. Waste flowing into waterways.

Unpermitted business. Selling plants called "Lily Plants" please abate

Food and alcoholic drinks are being sold at this vendor's address They have chickens as well. .

There has been unpermitted work on this property. The property is now listed as for sale. The listing says it is 1200 square-foot and that it has been divided into three separate living units. Thank you.

8.18.010 - Excessive and annoying noises prohibited.

A.It is unlawful for any person to create or allow to be created any excessive or annoying noise as defined herein. Any violation of the regulations specified herein shall be punishable as an infraction.

"Annoying noise" means noise with a repetitive pattern, shrill frequencies, and/or static-like sounds, including loud music....

"Excessive noise" means any unnecessary noise which persists for ten minutes or more...

For The Culture is guilty of both of the above. Happens every Friday and Saturday nights, often on additional nights, as well.

All of the neighborhood is negatively affected by not only the noise, but the illegal parking, the trash, vandalism and crime associated with this establishment.

Lava lounge business stays open until 6am with people drinking and partying. This can not be legal

Car repair operation is at this property for years. Many cars are parking on the street waiting to be fixed. Many cars come to this street and double, triple parked on the street while the car has been working on all the time. They know how to go around with the city code enforcement officers. The car repair gets full blown operation especially during the weekend and late in the afternoon. There is no street parking available to the residents live on this street. The constant heavy machine noise, all the traffic (towing trucks, parts delivery vehicles and the car owner cars). Our street never gets sweep. I have filed a complain before. But the car repair operation is still going on. The oil containmenation to the soil, sidewalk are very obvious. We never have peace to live on this street. Please Please HELP to stop this car repair opeartion and give our street back to us!

Illegal moving business and hauling service. The front driveway is used as a storage facility for salvage metals, broken appliances, machinery etc!! Dangerous for pedestrians. Unsightly blue tarp rain causes chemical run off and they work on vehicles nonstop

What is this business? Do they have zoning clearance. Just looks like drugs are sold here and cars are copped up. Lots of cars on street and in lot that are unsavory. This is across from child playground. I bring my kids here and see these business activities right in front of playground. I have seen people hanging out there with guns.
