    This property was recently sold, and the new owner is now using it as a "wellness retreat" and now what was once a quaint cul de sac has been overwhelmed by random cars blocking access to the street, and random people mulling about. I'm not sure if the new owner is also renting this property as a VRBO/AirBnB as well, but often, there are people with out of state license plates who will stay for 2-3 nights.

    I've met the owner, and know she does not live there, and does not have any plans to. She owns/lives in a house in Piedmont.

    I have two kids of my own, and there are another 3 kids in my neighbor's homes, and to have this non-stop, daily influx of commercial clients to her business has really changed the atmosphere of our neighborhood for the worse.

    This is not a "home business" as no one lives in the house anymore. This is someone taking over a single family residence and turning it into a commercial storefront.

They try to sell the property to some buyer, and buyer say they want to move in and kick out the long time tenants. This is a terrible cover up of the illegal units down on the first floor. Maybe possible buyer is stupid and go along with illegal units cover up. Right away look into this code violation, totally illegal units in that first floor.
