    The property is painting vehicles daily in an open parking lot, causing toxic paint fumes to spread throughout the surrounding neighborhood and nearby businesses. Residents of neighboring apartment buildings are unable to open their windows due to the strong and hazardous smell that travels through the air.

    Terms of Settlement between City and Property owner from May 2021 states that "Any business at the Property must operate only between the hours of 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. " It is 7:35pm and there is work being done on cars in the autoshop and bright flood lights are in operation. This violates the settlement agreement and is happening on a regular basis.
