    This property is breaking so many laws regarding blight and code but despite the numerous requests and posts, the city has taken no action. Please enforce your city code!!!!! You can see the trash just piled up in the open which is clear blight and also attracts rats and other vermin to our neighbor yard. Additionally the have a Rooster (multiple). Which is illegal as well.
