After-hours recorded announcement in parking lot is too loud. It can be heard down the block. This announcement constantly disturbs a quiet residential neighborhood whenever the rental office is closed - night, early morning, Sunday afternoon. Location management claims they can't do anything, because "it's up to Corporate". Please cite them for code enforcement, to get Corporate's attention.
This is a serious nuisance. We can quote the entire message from memory after hearing it hundreds of times.

I couldn't find the tree section, so I entered this need into zoning. Tree branches are falling onto the sidewalk in front of our school, St. Paul's at 116 Montecito Ave, Oakland, Ca 94610, and into the street. Big trucks drive through and hit branches and the shake brakes off more branches.

Selling appliances out of carport creating traffic congestion and attracting strangers into the neighborhood.
