Graffiti on the large metal windmill. Unclear if it is the property of the house it is in front of (5981) or Steele's Scuba Shop (5987). The graffiti has been on the windmill for a few months now.

when will be something done to have this seriously looked at? this woman constantly brings in more trash to this location, is seen a lot of times showing indecent exposure and by not wearing shirts or pants, and has been seen going to the bathroom right in the front yard! i have this as my view as i’m waking up in the morning or going to work. i am so tired of hearing her banging her trash at night when i try to sleep. i am so tired of it.

Back yard is filled with garbage that is attracting and harboring vermin. I am not clear if the house is abandoned.

This property has several RV's and campers around it for well over a year now attracting people to dump. Trash and debris everywhere. Building not even close to up to code and covered in graffiti.

Mattress and bedding parts blocking sidewalk. Residents of the street keep pushing it against the home, but it is frequently knocked down into the sidewalk making it hard to walk past.

Illegal dumping and storage of vehicles at gas station, lots of trash

blighted property. Chronic offenders. A drag on the entire neighborhood and one of the reasons that people think of Oakland the way they do. This needs to be cleaned up.

Property has huge amount of garbage dumped in the lot. This is a public safety issue and biohazard.

Apgar warehouse is open with fence broken through. Trash coming into street. Continues to be blighted. Contacted OPD.
