The back half of the house collapsed and damaged the fence between properties

The house operates as a chop house. They have multiple cars being worked on that blocks the roundabout/street and can cause a collision for incoming and outgoing cars.

Home owner keeps building illegal rooms to rent

We rented this house with the lease starting in March. We moved in and completed the move in inventory and conditions checklist provided which was done using the Z Tenant App. While completing the check list, we identified significant water damage and mold possibility broken exterior window locks, windows that would not open, lack of heat, failure of the majority of electrical outlets to work, exterior doors that don't fully close, evidence of rodent entry, lack of appliance bracing, overloaded surge protectors, visible trash in the heating vents such as batteries, drug paraphernalia, and food remnants; and other issues. We immediately notified the property owner Justin Gray, and the property manager. The property manager attempted to address these issues but the owner fired him for a different company, Mynd Mgmt. The owner would not respond to our email and texts about repairs that were noted in the initial move in checklist. We were referred to Mynd. Mynd has given us a run around, failing to respond to the major issues related to the electrical issues, damp and mold, and lack of heat. As I write this, it is 46 degrees INSIDE the house.
Please assist.

Use of gas-powered leaf blower

They put up a make-shift fencing taller than 6 feet on the outer edge of yard. As a corner home, this creates a blind corner hazard for cars at the corner trying to turn into 98th avenue. As a result, cars have to pull into the street to see if another car is coming

To whom it may concern I am making a complaint regarding the place where I’m living, there is mildew/mold growing on the bathroom wall above the sink and in the living room on the rug and on the living window frame. The landlord is aware of this because I’ve told him and instead of his maintenance team installing new frames they installed new windows. This is the second time the mildew/mold has come back. The mildew/mold is causing me to have asthma attacks so I am constantly going to emergency.I try to open the windows to create air circulation to help me breathe better but it does not help. I also have a grand baby who is learning how to walk but I cannot allow him to crawl on The living room floor or stand up by the window frame In the living room due to the mildew/mold. I’ve made a complaint earlier this year regarding this issues and I have a confirmation number 13956395

Construction of two large sheds or living units without any notice of permit authorization or scope of work. The structures appear larger than allowable size and height. Questionable construction involving framing, roof, sheathing, and foundation.

Additionally, the main property's interior, windows, and doors were all remolded without permits. Google streetview clearly shows major changes and construction debris from projects.

Assumed this house flipper was working above the board and had no reason to check permit history until shed structures were being built.

Inhabitable for many reasons and landlord refuses to return deposit.

No heat, no smoke detectors, and the landlord is stealing electricity from next door. Constantly dirty and moldy, problems with spiders and roaches, and also isn't properly zoned for as many units they have inside the home. All of the electrical is faulty, when someone plugs in anything it makes the light shut off and the breaker need to be flipped.

What is going on with the former Allstar Burgers & Donuts It's a magnet for dumping and blight Would love to see this be a functional restaurant again instead of a trash pile Please clean this ASAP! ?
