Level of maintenance of residential property is inadequate to protect and preserve the livability, appearance, and social and economic stability of the neighboring properties and City. Two adjacent properties will be listed for sale within the next 1-9 months and will be required, absent approproate remediation, to disclose the neighboring property as a nuissance. The entire downstairs roof is covered with tarp presumably to diminish further water damage to the structure. The building by reason of rot or weakened walls and/or roof has become dilapitated. Substantial debris has been permitted to abut the length of wood fence with neighboring property, causing the fence to rot and collapse. The property otherwise is inadequately maintained. Substantial rubbish, garbage, and junk, personal property and wares has accumulated throughout the premises, including operable and inoperable vehicles and trailers.

This construction site is literally a large pile of trash and has been for several months. Debris from the construction project, as well as a lot of cut vegetation, is taking up nearly all the available space on the site that isn’t excavated or part of the new home. Please ensure that the owners clean up the site as soon as possible. It is both an eyesore for the neighborhood and a potential home/breeding area for rats and other undesirable occupants.

This house has been a blight for months, and the residents routinely leave unoccupied vehicles right in the street for hours on end.

2226 Myrtle St. Isn't getting any better. Individuals roam the property and continue to litter the site. Why isn't more being done to address this piece of property?

Garbage piled up outside of house. Health, sanitary and fire hazard.

Abandoned vehicle left in our driveway. It's a red honda civic, it's been there since Sat 9/17.

Illegal business and dumping of trash on property. Individuals are dumping unused materials that looks to be dry wall, concert and other construction materials.

This has been on the power lines for over a year. Everybody knows in the nieghborhood it means gang house or can buy drugs here. Why does the city amd or PGE refuse to move it.

At 3415 west st there is constant trash on the exterior, there is an illegal car wash going on, tons of people always hanging out.it is making my proerty value go down with this constant eye sore. There is a dog barking and whining all night long. It seems the property management does nothing.this has been going on for more than a year
