Commercial trucks make it difficult for oncoming traffic to see road clearly and park vehicles throughout neighborhood

Richard Best Builder contractor has two commercial trucks parked permanently and blocking the view for driveway on next house when exiting. My car crashed another car due to the lack of view to the street. Three bins are placed on the side walk and interferes visibility and trashes the street.

There appears to be an unpermitted two story structure being built on this property behind the house. As someone who just spent $18,000 in permits with the city, I don’t think that’s OK.

This home has a growing cat infestation that is causing an extreme amount of foul odor to the neighborhood. The cat infestation is a safety concern for my family and pets, I know those neighbors are not getting them vaccinated or taken to the vet. When I walk out to dump my trash I can not ignore the pungent smell of feces and urine.

There are easily 15+ (picture taken on 7/7/22 - they have easily had about 10 more since picture) cats and kittens. I have brought the issue up to the owner and she stated that she can not stop them from coming and making more babies. Her son told me they have tried to remove them but they are too many to sell/or move. The son is concerned his elderly mother may have dead cats in backyard adding to the foul smell.

We need someone from the city to come and get this cat situation under control! The cats are mating at all hours of the night also causing us to lose sleep. All around this problem has become increasingly worse and a hazard to the community residents.

this property continues to operate as a metal scrap yard and recycling transfer station. it is not permitted to accumulate scrap metal. photo attached shows metal containers full of scrap metal. this property needs to be brought into compliance
