" It is 7:35pm and there is work being done on cars in the autoshop and bright flood lights are in operation. This violates the settlement agreement and is happening on a regular basis.

    The smoke and odor from Bombera has and continues to worsen each week they are open as they get busier. We cannot open our windows without our homes smelling of smoke and meat. We cannot run an errand in the neighborhood without avoiding the smell. Gave me a headache recently
    Currently open 3 days a week. Can't imagine how unbearable this will be when their hours increase. Why are individual residents unable to use fireplace and a business can use a wood burning oven whenever they want. Oakland needs to do better for its residents.
