Auto shop at 6200 Shattuck Ave being illegally operated today (10/23/21) by evicted tenant per settlement agreement signed on May 10, 2021 with City Attorney Patrick Bears and City Administrator Greg Minor.

Empty lot being used for parties. Garbage left inside and in front of fence: trash, old furniture, mattresses, etc. Excessive noise after evening hours. Putting neighbors at risk due to excessive garbage being left. Looks like a dump and outsiders come and add to the pile.

People living in vehicles Dumping trash Since 3 months at least

Illegally building rooms in the house making small rooms everywhere nails all over the street neighborhood can't sleep construction going on without no permits illegal contractors with licensed . Dumping there material anywhere. Please sent a building Inspectors.

Noise complaints every weekend loud music coming into my home keeping me awake police do not respond ever.

Trash in front of commercial property, no sweeping or pick up.

This property is allowing short-term and long-term rental of up to 28 days. This is Transient Habitation, which is not allowed in Oakland.

Unmasked Zumba classes with music over 120dB. Is property zoned for commercial use? Every day between 9am 10am.

Loud, frequent, high frequency sound 85 to 110 decibels between 5:40pm & 8 am every day. Sometimes it sounds for 15-30 seconds & other days it goes on for 3 or more minutes. The first two hours the sound goes off in intervals of every 2-5 minutes & then it’s in 10-20 minute intervals & then at least once an hour. A search online shows people have been noticing similar sounds for over a year in the area. It’s annoying, disruptive & definitely is noise pollution.

2228 High Street. Neighbor is running an illegal food business out of their home. Possibly dumping food waste into the creek behind the house and people are parking on private property and hosting eating for 20 plus people on site in a tent. Every weekend. IMPORTANT: Enforcement must be on the weekend!

Vicious dogs barking constantly for hours on end and late into the night. The owner is unreceptive to pleas for control. These are dangerous animals that snarl and lunge at literally EVERYONE who walks by. This is a public nuisance and the noise disturbs the neighborhood peace.
