Unkempt vacant property attracting burglars and squatters.

Generator running at all times, multiple broken windows house, multiple cars missing plates and are jack up with no tires. Illegal dumping large items. Has large water container on sidewalk with a hose going into house.

Total destroyed house. All windows broken graffiti everywhere

This house has been vacant for years and is in a state of disrepair The deck on the back looks like it is becoming unsafe and there are building materials stored around the outside of the house

Graffiti all over this building that was under renovation and then for sale, but it seems like nothing has happened here for months. Graffiti and trash all over, why is the owner neglecting this property right at the entry to the Rockridge-Temescal area?

House is unkept and unsafe The police came 10+ times (check record) and arrested 4+ people attempting to break into the house The gate is falling apart, vegetation is taking over the street, garbage on the yard, bad smells, and attracting criminal

Something has died and a stench is very strong. It's been smelling really bad for over 2 weeks now. I'm really concerned because there's a dog and there's a kid that lives there that no one seen for weeks now.

2300 Suite C, ANTS Auto Collision is a closed business that is now moving stolen cars to the street and sidewalk to chop them up and throw car parts on the street. The previous business owner was involved in a fatal shooting and this is part of that. They do not have a license to operate but everyday they are chopping up stolen vehicles in plain site/

rats and dogs and trash in yard. causing infestation. needs better control of property. washing machine and dryer outside doing laundry. fire hazard
