Neighbor is buying, fixing vehicles and reselling vehicles. Neighbor is also performing auto body painting in the backyard. Air is constantly smelling like paint! We have toddlers next door and know it's not good to constantly smell auto paint in the air. They also constantly fill trucks with trash in pick ups leave for a few minutes and return with trucks empty most likely performing illegal dumping somewhere nearby.

The street sign for the Claremont Vet street sign stays lit all night long Every other business seems to turn theirs off late evening Requesting review of ordinance for businesses to keep their signs lit overnight

There is a new rooster crowing from this address every morning Rooster is penned somewhere behind the gate off of Octavia St (directly behind 3603 Allendale). The rooster screams each morning at dawn and periodically throughout the day

Auto shop at 6200 Shattuck Ave illegally operating today (9/9/21) outside of allowable business hours per settlement agreement signed on May 10, 2021 with City Attorney Patrick Bears.

There are chickens and a rooster on this property. On the corner or the one right next to it.

I believe there may have been a cockfight two weeks ago as well. Rooster(s) crowing from daybreak for several hours. Public nuisance. Family has not been able to sleep, imagine neighbors can’t sleep either.
