Apparently, people make up their own driving rules when they are Southbound on S. Olive. They turn East onto W. Euclid without yielding the right of way to oncoming drivers.

The yellow striped guard rail and red reflectors are all damaged, broken up and in bad condition. They do not reflect properly at night.

Needs to be a 4-way stop

Pedestrian sign has been painted with yellow paint and needs replaced.

Water overflows from Lisa Street because it is supposed to drain to the north at the end of Lisa and flow toward the drainage area created for CHC. This has been an ongoing issue as long as I have lived here which is 20 years.My yard and the neighbors yard both are constantly flooding with any sort of rainfall and causing damage to the yards and possibly structural damage to our foundation. Several times people have come to look at it but nothing ever gets done.

Drainage pipe has separated causing lots of water to not be directed properly

Our house is currently responsible for all water drainage. It runs down the road and into our driveway. The city has not provided any support in regards to this issue. Also, when our neighbors drain their pool it goes across the road and then into our driveway. This is creating damage to our neighborhood road and washing chat/gravel into our driveway.

the water pools at the NE corner of Tucker and 4th St intersection, doesn't make it to drain to the east on 4th.

west side of road isn't draining around here.
