Property management was told earlier this week that the storm creek for the Association was hand cleared in October.
Property manager was just out there and said that there is major sediment build up.
Requesting for drainage ditch cleaning by machine to de-silt creek.

Thank you for acknowledging my request and given SR526953 on August 3rd. I am pleading that something be done to get rid of the tall growth on our stormwater pond. It previously had been taken care of by County and now it is beyond overgrown. It is the one on the south side of OakView in the Tamaron subdivision. Please someone take a look at how terrible it is and help us. Thank you

culvert constantly damned up with trees and ferns. needs to be dug out. in storms water overflows banks and crosses road.

Ditch is always flooded in front of house. My property is clear and clean. It is the rest of the block that don't drain. The water sits for days , and there is a lot of mosquito's , and other things. Now they are getting in the house

This issue was fixed several months after reported. No, the bright orange infrastructure remains for the past two months. When will this be removed???

This is the height of the vegetation that is growing on both sides of the banks of Alligator Creek that flows behind our house and those of our neighbors. The vegetation is also growing through and out of the creek so that you cannot see the water anymore. It's one large mass of vegetation. Having lived on our home for 40 + years, I will say that the new person who cleaned out the creek last year did not give the same attention to clearing the banks that the older gentleman had been doing in previous years. The creek has not had this much growth in many years. Help, please!

We have a drain pipe, grate and ditch that doesn't drain.

Ditch with standing water, culverts clogged and road edge left with steep drop from run off unsafe for people and cars.

This is a photo of Alligator Creek at the intersection of Trojan Road and Nocturne Road. One cannot see the creek for the vegetation alongside and throughout the creek bed. We haven't had rain so not an issue now but hurricane season is upon us. Please clear out this creek.
