The drainage ditch that runs from baffin to the creek has erroded a large portion of my lot and has filled the creek in to a depth of only one foot at low tide. This has also created a swamp area. This problem needs to be addressed. Thanks.

Storm water does not drain, and the street floods.

There are a at least 5 eroded areas adjacent to the easement between the storm water channel and my property line. Please have someone come assess the land stability and propose a solution for long term repair. My neighbor has already submitted the same type of request. My property is worse. Every time we walk that road we load up bags of trash.
Should bridge be closed to fishing? Is there a littering fine?

Comcast contractor who is currently installing fiber optic along Wexford Blvd. (county road) inside of the Plantation Golf & Country Club has crushed and caved in a stormwater grate. This is a huge safety issue as several owners walk in this area daily - some with pets or children. Please have this repaired as soon as possible. The supervisor was not onsite - spoke to a crew member who provided supervisors name of "Klain" with IB Connect MasTec (702) 832-7228.

No drainage under driveway storm water pipe. Blocked or broken. During storms water drainage stops and overflows neighbors yards. Home is rental so no action being taken by renters and owners unknown. Thank You for your help.

There's a storm drain at the end of Livingstone nearest 41, but there's no method for water to get to it. So it stacks up like this. It's also in the yards of the people living there and nearly to their front doors. It just has no where to drain too.

We have three sinkholes on our property that abut a Sarasota County drainage canal. This is a photo of the largest one. Please come out to assess the situation and come up with permanent solution to this problem.

Our Storm Water Drainage Ditch behind our Homes of Legends @ Tatum Ridge HAS NOT been cleared for a least a year or so and is impacted by over growth. We are about to start Rain season - plus it is preventing to flow for run off. Would you be so kind and Can we get the machinery out, to clear the ditch in efforts for the storm water run off to flow. I have noticed several ditch run off locations around the area have been cleared and was wondering if you were aware and or it was forgotten, please help - can you provide an ETA, thank you! 20 Acre property need Nelson St and Lockwood ridge cleaned out. 3rd year calling about the same issue before the rainy season.

This has been an ongoing erosion issue. I have a land survey which was done October 2020 to compare to the previous land survey. The comparison clearly shows the massive erosion from the storm water drainage behind Roslyn Road south of Baffin intersection.

There are several homes that are in jeopardy due to this erosion issue. I am requesting an IMMEDIATE MEETING to discuss how this will be corrected.

I am a Realtor with Exit King Realty and I have a signed petition by all the home owners who are affected by this erosion issue thus putting their property in further danger and loss of property.

We are aware that the bridge will be replaced at the W. Baffin and Roslyn Road and we are requesting that the correct drainage be provided for this storm water and then backfilled...exactly like the previous problem that was on Datura.

I request that you contact me immediately please. This will not be ignored and I have also reached out to local legal counsel.
