    Loose chickens on the Watco trail. Walking down trail and two chickens jumped/flew over ditch back toward yard on 1st street. House there has several chickens running free in the back yard. The fence they have is too low to contain chickens.

    Didn't have water outside yesterday in the heat and doesn't today either. She is tied up so can't reach or access water even if there was a puddle, but there isn't regardless. They have not been putting water outside ever since the container of nasty water got dumped and or broken. They need to understand that fresh water is a must for this time of year especially.

    Also, the dogs run/line is close enough to the fence that if she gets through one of the squares on the fence, she may hang herself .

    I have 4state sanitation and they pick up Friday morning. For the last 3 weeks I have noticed lots of oil on the street after they pick up. Not sure if their truck is leaking or someone is dumping lots and lots of motor oil on our block. Our road has several big spots of oil which is unsafe to drive on. I have tried contacting 4 state sanitation but they never answer their phones. If possible can the city send a cleaning truck to clean up the oil please

    wanted to bring to your attention the condition of the sidewalks around Lake Side Park. Many of them are damaged, uneven, or tilted, making it difficult to navigate, especially with a stroller. I’ve had to walk in the street near the park because the sidewalks are not safe or accessible.

    This includes the sidewalks around the pond and throughout the park area. Lake Side is one of the nicer parks in the city, but currently it has no safe areas to walk with babies or toddlers. Is there any plan to repair or improve the sidewalks?sinc

    Multiple issues.
    1. Part of the cement slab the bench is on is no longer making contact with the ground and could crack with sufficient weight.
    2. The ground surrounding the slab and spigot does not drain water further eroding the ground under the main slab.

    Mainly the ground needs resurfaced and graded to properly drain water away from the slab.
