My neighbors and I haven’t been able to use our patios for several months because the dogs owned by the tenants in #37 & #38 have made the area unable to be occupied. The flies and stench resulting from the excrement of four huge dogs, two of which are banned breeds are unbearable. Leachate drains into the basements and on to the surrounding patios during rain. Please, address this situation as soon as possible. I’ve contacted ProX several times over the past few months, but have yet to be acknowledged.

Dilapidated structure. The detached garage appears to be falling down.

Burned out building

House west of Daylight Donut is dilapidated and falling down.

House across the road is abandoned and falling apart.

The building looks like it needs torn down, saw someone wandering around the building trying to get in last week. makes the town look bad.

Junk vehicles everywhere. Buildings are dilapidated.

Fence is broken and is causing damage to neighbors fence. Door is leaning and taking connected fence with it.

Apparently if your last name is Vilela you are considered above the rules and therefore this does not have “structural issues and is not ian attractive nuisance”. Also, it must not be a dangerous, unsafe, and or insanitary structure”. Good to know.
