unsafe property and piles of limbs

This house is absolutely disgusting. I had to park here while volunteering at the school the other day and noticed shingles in the yard, all I could smell was cat urine. This house is an eyesore on the block with half the shingles missing, peeling paint, and just plain run down looking. There is no way this can be a safe or livable home. I feel bad for the neighbors who have to deal with the smell and sight every day.

Not sure if it’s 1602 or 1604 S Olive because the chickens are in both properties. They roam near the street and have crossed the street usually later afternoon 4-5. There were between 5-10 out roaming.

A large chunk of the sidewalk has been removed, creating a dangerous trip hazard

The sidewalk in front of the low income/senior housing on Centennial Street is pretty rough, one place it appears to be sunken in or caving in. There was work to a pipe over the past couple of weeks and I think the equipment was too heavy for the sidewalk and may have caused this damage. Also, is there a way we can get another trash can/poop bag station put on somewhere near the Centennial/Rouse intersection? Thanks for all you do, the town is really looking great.

The sidewalk is horribly uneven here and a huge tripping hazard

This is the only lot on the block without a sidewalk to connect to the street Not sure if they know about the sidewalk program? Would love to see it extended here

Sidewalk has an area raised up and appears to have a large hole underneath. And curbs need to be wheelchair accessible.

This has been going on since Saturday afternoon. PD has been called and came out twice yet he's still there. Why is this allowed to go on?
