A woman named Janice has been repeatedly entered the alley behind my home, even though she does not reside in this neighborhood. Her home address is 1905 N. Michigan St.
She has intentionally and repeatedly placed cat food throughout the alley, sometimes making several trips in a single day. This conduct has caused a significant increase in the number of cats congregating in the area, including cats that already have owners. It has also resulted in a strong, persistent stench caused by male cats marking their territory.
Her actions are disruptive, unsanitary, and unacceptable. I have already brought this to your attention once; however, there must be something we can do about it.

Didn't have water outside yesterday in the heat and doesn't today either. She is tied up so can't reach or access water even if there was a puddle, but there isn't regardless. They have not been putting water outside ever since the container of nasty water got dumped and or broken. They need to understand that fresh water is a must for this time of year especially.
Also, the dogs run/line is close enough to the fence that if she gets through one of the squares on the fence, she may hang herself .

Private Property IssueGodkänd3000 N Joplin St Pittsburg, Kansas, 66762 - PittsburgMy neighbors and I haven’t been able to use our patios for several months because the dogs owned by the tenants in #37 & #38 have made the area unable to be occupied. The flies and stench resulting from the excrement of four huge dogs, two of which are banned breeds are unbearable. Leachate drains into the basements and on to the surrounding patios during rain. Please, address this situation as soon as possible. I’ve contacted ProX several times over the past few months, but have yet to be acknowledged.
