My neighbors and I haven’t been able to use our patios for several months because the dogs owned by the tenants in #37 & #38 have made the area unable to be occupied. The flies and stench resulting from the excrement of four huge dogs, two of which are banned breeds are unbearable. Leachate drains into the basements and on to the surrounding patios during rain. Please, address this situation as soon as possible. I’ve contacted ProX several times over the past few months, but have yet to be acknowledged.

The dog howls all nights and I’ve have recorded it to have proof. I have called animal control and the police department and haven’t had any response. I do hope for some help with this matter and I’m attaching a voice memo of my voice and a dog howling. She turns up the tv to drown the dog. Isn't this neglect?

Apparently if your last name is Vilela you are considered above the rules and therefore this does not have “structural issues and is not ian attractive nuisance”. Also, it must not be a dangerous, unsafe, and or insanitary structure”. Good to know.
