all year round the grass and sidewalk is soaking wet. suspect a water main broken, or other water supply issue. Even in the summer during the hottest days the grass along the fence line is soaking wet and spongy. it has been this way for at least the last 5 years.er

Good evening my name is Mariana I work for 35R Solutions property management company we manage 1814 Whitman CT NE, Renton, WA 98059 on behalf of Mr. Lee. The current tenants have reported water leak in the front yard after some work was done by the city March 27th & 28th. The neighbors also saw the work being done at that time. I have attached pictures the tenants sent. Please let me know the next steps to getting this repaired.

These wells at Heritage Village (1626 Grant Ave S) contain city water meters. They are filled with water that doesn't appear to drain away ever and nearby water is seeping up from under the blacktop of the complex driveway. Could the two be related? Is it normal for these boxes to always be flooded. The HOA board at this complex would greatly appreciate someone from Public Works coming out to assess the situation and let us know what they think is going on and causing the water to surface a couple feet from these boxes (a relatively new development). The house we rented had a water leakage problem and was severely moldy. The whole house smelled of mold. We reported the leak to the property management company on February 2nd. The property company sent a plumber to repair it a week later. They cut into the drywall and did not repair it, leaving the mold exposed for up to a month. Finally, the property management company asked us to move out of the house on March 4, but so far, the house has not started to repair the internal problems of the house. The property company did not provide us with any houses for us to live in during this period, and left us to find and pay the rent for short-term rentals on our own. One of the tenants, Xiaoxiaosong, had been coughing for several months because of living in an exposed mold environment. He saw a doctor on 4/8 and went to the emergency room on 4/9. It was finally diagnosed as acute sinusitis. We need the homeowner or property management company to resolve the housing problem as soon as possible and provide compensation.

The parking lot on the north end of Hartung Glass Industries in Renton floods every time it rains. We have had our storm drains checked, and the reason they do not drain is that the drainage pond the lines run to is overgrown and the line outlets are almost entirely buried in dirt and vegetation. I have additional pictures and videos, please let me know if you need them. So far this season, it has not rained too much or too consistently, but as the rains become heavier our lot will be almost constantly flooded, which poses a safety hazard for our people. Thank you!

It appears there is a pipe broken or leaking underground. The water is flooding onto the sidewalk and into the street.
