Attenuator hit/damaged and hanging into the Exit lane for SE Water Ave

Concerns voiced by another member was confirmed to be still present.

Criminal trespassing and squatter infestation underneath the west end of Morrison Bridge head eastbound at the NE corner of SW 1st Ave and SW Alder St right at the north end of the stair landing area into the train tracks.

The lock into maintenance access gate has been cut off; a section of fence grating has been cut off, there is vagrant droppings present and it is infested by squatter vagrants.

A fire/explosion there could damage a critical infrastructure. Also vagrant fecal matters present is a health hazard.

Campers and trash beneath Alder St on ramp and Washington St off ramp of Morrison Bridge

Massive ADA violation due to pervasive recurring transient tent camp blocking the sidewalk on regular basis for years. Able bodied pedestrians are stepping off the sidewalk and walking in the bike lane.

Also, LIME scooter being parked in the bike lane by transients.
