Officer was called to location and states tree branches are touching powerline's and needs trimming

constituent states there is a tree here that was hit by lightning and branches are falling please inspect tree it can be dangerous to people and cars passing

I have tried to contact the city because the two trees that are in front the property are from the city. The growth of the branches is blocking the drain ducts, causing damage to the roofs and the branches are also damaging the windows. Many of the branches are between the light cables as well.

Constituent called and stated that she had spoke to someone in the tree department in 2023 says she was told she was on the removal list. She said that her tenants are injuring themselves by tripping on the roots coming out of the sidewalk. Please Contact.
