Constituent calling since Feb 15, 2024 requesting tree be removed large limbs , branches falling on car and property, lifting the ground too

Constituent called and stated that there is a tree at the above location that roots have grew so long into someones basement and disturbing there sewer. Also the tree is hiding the ridge st street sign along with uprooting the sidewalk making it unsafe to walk on. Please Respond.

Constituent called today about a tree in front of the above address. They say the tree branches are hanging on the balcony. Tree limbs are causing the tenants to have a ant problem. Tree limbs hanging so low preventing walking on sidewalk.
