Constituent states this tree needs to be trimmed its branches are falling due to heavy winds and branches are falling on cars and preventing people to get out the car because branches are so low

constituent called and stated that she had a inspector come out to look at her tree stomp and they requested that it be removed... please assist constituent with this matter

Constituent caled prior to have tree branches and limbs trimmed due to hanging over street. The sweeper can't clean in front of property due to long limbs, branches hanging onto the sidewalk reaching out onto the curb; roots are lifting the property grounds and lifting up sidewalk.. senior has called since LAST YEAR saying she is on the LIST following up every few months... Tree being cut on her street but not this particular tree being mentioned above...
