Urgent Concern Regarding Unsafe and Abandoned Property

I am writing to report a dangerous situation involving an abandoned property in our neighborhood that poses significant safety and fire hazards. The building appears ready to collapse and is currently being occupied by squatters. It is on a street with a school, raising even greater concerns about the safety of children and families in the area.

The house is still powered by lights, which are being run through extension cords from the neighboring property, creating a severe fire risk. Despite these evident hazards, no action has been taken to address the situation, leaving the neighborhood in an unsafe condition.

This is a matter of urgency, as it not only endangers the squatters but also the surrounding community, including schoolchildren and nearby residents. I kindly urge the appropriate authorities to investigate and take immediate action to secure the property and mitigate these risks.

Individuals set up residence on front porch, use side and back as toilet. Strong smell of urine and human waste. Extreme rodent activity on side and rear of house. Please help.
