    I have two of these utility boxes on my property and another utility box is directly across the street on my neighbors property. There was no door hanger to notify me of the work and no sign in the yard telling me what utility was installing them. There was absolutely no communication from anyone. I believe the utility exceeded their authority by putting two boxes on my property. I believe the placement of the boxes is substandard and it will lower my property value.

    Unable to comment or make a request on a closed/archived request, I have submitted a screen shot of request I made 2 years ago and was dismissed because it was functioning properly. Now 2 years later, it has to be fixed because there's an emergency. I suspect the emergency is my neighbors recent electrical problem (same thing has occurred at least twice in the last 6 to 8 months with her house and her next door neighbor but no one seemed concerned besides the people it happened to) . Now I see all kinds of utility markings, some look like they are out of the easement, and close to the two new trees that were planted to replace the one that was lost because of entergy/jlc. Btw, we weren't having these issues before this "upgrade" work started.

    Road damage at this intersection and in various areas of neighborhood from utility work being done. Also found American flag laying on freshly dug area where utility work has been recently done. I gathered it up and will take for proper care. It's bad enough the yards, streets, etc are being torn up. Can they not have some respect for the flag? This may be an older neighborhood but we still deserve to have things fixed!!!

    Submitting this so there will be a record and to make city aware there is another issue r/t utility *upgrade*. CAW aware but customer service says they can't give an ETA of repair because Mastec/jlc, et al have caused so many issues they cannot keep up. CAW also said they have to prioritize the big issues first (like mastec causing a complete water loss Friday on Vantage Drive area). This issue is causing water to leak continuously from area between 35 and 37. CAW state they fix will be to fix the "long side service" which I believe is across the street.
