This is a picture of a guy who chose to double park when they’re actually wasn’t a person in any of the parking spaces available. We also also have mopeds and high-speed electric bikes whipping up onto the sidewalk to park and pick up peoples lattes.

It's worse with the drug dealing and prostitution on McDonald's entrance and no manager there does anything our kids have to walk and witness this heavy drug activity going on the entrance and parking lot of McDonald's SMH -

It's called a "two-step" and has become far too common in New Haven. It's a waste of scarce police resources and a major disturbance.
