    Near chubs market drug houses need to close asap, guy living in a car with expired plate gray mercury. This area is dangerous. We pay taxes but we do not live like our mayor. He has no idea what it is to be scared to come to the neighborhood after a long day at work. Covid coming back we are a hot place for it. No one passes masks . Where is the money and the programs to help?

    I have no idea what makes people think its okay to block driveways for hours, just pulling up and disappearing with no way to locate them so the homeowner can get in or out of their own driveway! This is rude and inconsiderate. people please pay attention to where you're parking and how you'd want visitors to your neighborhood to behave!

    This house has stirred up a lot of activity in the last years. Very obvious that drugs are bought and sold from here. Does the parent on the porch smoking weed and drinking liquor around her kid/kids normal? Last week, I was walking my 3 dogs and the stench from all 4 adults smoking weed and drinking around 4 kids. I know weed is legal, but there are stipulations. If you cant smoke in a park or place where kids may be, how can they be allowed to smoke right next to these little kids. What can be done at this point? Unsuccessful attempts at the other neighbor's residing there to see if I can get the landlord's name.

    The noise level coming from 23 Tilton area almost every weekend, and some week nights, is way beyond acceptable levels. There are parties with people packed into the driveway, in front of the house, and in the backyard, loudspeakers, a guy on a microphone, some kind of alarm thing going off last night (like at a club). Lasts for hours, always starts before 10p, often goes later; but definitely beyond noise ordinance, regardless of the time. We've called the non-emergency NHPD on at least 5 occasions over the past year, but it doesn't stop. We own our home and are landlords, pay plenty in taxes and are tired of the lack of enforcement of city regulations and total disregard for neighbors.
  • Edgewood Park - Westville
    There is a young man living in the Edgewood Park gazebo.
    He has been there night and day for the last two months.
    He sleeps on the picnic table in the gazebo, has a growing pile of belongings and debris, and he spends most of the day pacing in and around the structure. I don't want to call the police, but this young guy seems to be more and more agitated and talks to himself. The neighborhood people do not walk through the gazebo anymore. Can't we get so social workers to come visit him, and find him shelter?

    New Haven Police Not Equipped with Narcan !!!

    Recently a Westville neighbor and several police watched helplessly as an overdose victim died while waiting for EMS to arrive with Narcan. I was shocked to learn that in New Haven, a city with more than 100 fatal overdoses a year, the police are not equipped with Narcan nor trained to use it. Other nearby cities, including Hartford and New York, train and supply police officers with Narcan.

    Neighbors! Please stop speeding down Huntington Avenue. There is a woman who allows her blind dog to cross the street with no leash. I’ve seen him almost get hit by a car several times. I’ve tried talking to her about this and she refuses to leash her dog. No one wants to see a dog get hit. 😞

    The Kensington Playground is about to be sold for $1 to The Community Builders, so they can build a 15-unit apartment building and a 15-car surface parking lot. On Wednesday, Sept. 30 at 6:00 pm, the Community Development Committee of the Board of Alders is holding a hearing on the sale.

    Not sure if this boat ramp is still active or not, but even if it is, this ramp to the water looks like an accident waiting to happen. At night someone impaired or not paying attention could drive right into the river. There is a metal chain, but that wont stop a car.

    This location is close to where, in 1988, 4 young adults drowned after the car they were driving in went into the Mill River. I believe there was an issue with a missing barricade.

    Once upon a time this bank ( WF) ,especially this branch , Had a job training program for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage holders who lost their job and were in foreclosure crisis. Some say it *might have helped a few people , most said "Yeah a Few."
    City of NH municipalities was invited in ,working with some local politician or two. Office workers of the parks and public works.
    It got twisted quick, tellers asked for favors, brothers,sons,daughters, in-laws .PW and Parks used them as a reference tool for their own family , Nepotism , Union Cronyism, Private Process.
    Not unusual to have two or three bank office folk RUN to a tellers screen to see just where,when,how,how much, from who , to who ?? Location of the business paying. Writing everything they can down . Stalking, Calling ,Demanding .. * For ? ..
    If it was a decent paying job then it was for their Beau, Hubby ...This was really at the end of the paper check days - Not all were on board with direct deposit : UNTIL THEY WERE PESTERED BY WELLS.
    Anything , even if a lawn service or local lawn kid had a check to cash - Who wrote it ? A Rich Lady ? Pensioner ? Supervisor at a Business ? A New Business ? Retiree ? Where does she or where did he or she work ?
    NOW ; Wells only has troubled youth, unemployed locals, gang bangers out of jail loitering around Norton Street Bank..The Bank acts like a NHWorks( city union,yale union) or CT Works(state) - But more like tools of property investors , Sending them even into The Valley to help local wealthy or those they hope are wealthy ,with any problems they might be having or assistance...( me no like WF behind the counter of Bof A)
