There was some empty units out in the valley, seems like local politics have complete control now - waiting for local voters and supporters to get eligible.
Please give some clients a bit of heads up as to what to expect and watch out for in The New Promised Land

Can the East Shore neighborhood of New Haven please get its own zip code? The Annex and the Cove currently share a zip code with East Haven (06512). This creates problems of all kinds, from improperly shipped/addressed items, incorrect car registration, and so on. We are a NHV neighborhood. We are not part of East Haven. Can we get 06520? 21? 22? 23?

I have tried all of the numbers I can find and everyplace is closed or tells me to call someone else. there is a large seagull with a broken wrong on the ground in the long wharf parking lot between brazi's restaurant and the mobile station. this is not something I can handle without than having an injured angry bird and an injured person. also, I don't know how to help this bird. if someone can help this bird or knows to whom to direct this, please do so.

Walking dogs without a leash, or having your dog on the street without a leash is becoming an issue The sidewalk should be available for all to use, certain person is using his dog to threat walkers

After learning surrounding communities and businesses being the subject of robberies, young boys and girls are being subjected to sex trafficking, drug use. We have also witnessed drug dealing, loitering, trespassing, received reports of misuse of others properties, and were shown uninhabitable living situations.

I have seen men an women as couples or individual entering and exiting behind this torn gate for this property.

This is a call out to anybody that lives in the apartment building or property owned by Mendy management please call Downtown call the mayor's office and complain about this slumlord the lack of professionalism when it comes to dealing with a problem and the inability to act with a sense of urgency when it comes to a problem be dealt with by the proper authorities from the city of New Haven so if you live in a property owned by Mindy management call your mayor's office they only hear us when we speak as a group of people that's the only thing that gets their attention the inability to deal with this problem at 277 Chapel Street is astounding and no one's listening so I'm calling out to anyone who lives in the property owned by Mendy management to call and call and start complaining about how inefficient they are slumlords to say the least help!!

My neighbors has huge tree which cover my whole house, and it is lying down towards my house, I trim as much I can but it is not working, I am planning to put solar on my house and that tree is blocking my roof. I don’t see any person from that house to talk therefore I am trying to reach authority to take prompt action please.

Bikes loud unbearable noise has made our life miserable during this lockdown. I don't know where to report it, I'm sure the Local Authorities knows about it and they are not doing anything about it. What should we all do to have a peaceful day / night?
The location I pinned is where few bikers live and pass by so fast in this residential area.
