Sidewalk in front of 101 W Elm in horrible disrepair. Limits accessibility and is a trip hazard. Not ADA compliant.

There is no sidewalks from SCSU- Common Ground- to the Westfield apartments and as one of those children, with autism on SSI walks this path every weekday for school. A sidewalk needs to be implemented as the roads are dangerous and cars consistently speed around the corners and cross the lines that the kids walk down. A sidewalk needs to be added before anyone gets hurt.

Corner curb cuts at College and Chapel need repair I received a complaint about the lack of accessibility at the intersection

New curb installed at the corner of Fountain and Barnett doesn't have a ramp for the Barnett crossing. It seems like this doesn't meet ADA standards for new construction - and is a problem for people pushing strollers at an intersection where cars make quick, sharp turns.

The sign post is for another inaccessible accessible parking space for New Haven Academy.

As mind-boggling as this is, the City of New Haven cut done the tree that caused the hazardous violation of Federal las at a 'handicapped' parking space across the street from a Public School and ignored the trip
hazard that the tree caused.

This is very obviously an "alteration" that requires remediation of the violation.

This was reported in October of 2018 and has been ignored since. It is a Public Transportation Stop across the street from a hospital and it is surrounded by private health-care facilities..

It is in a neighborhood that, according to Datahaven, is 22% White.

2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design Advisory 206.2.1 "Site Arrival Points. Each site arrival point must be connected by an accessible route to the accessible building entrance or entrances served. Where two or more similar site arrival points, such as bus stops, serve the same accessible entrance or entrances, both bus stops must be on accessible routes. In addition, the accessible routes must serve all of the accessible entrances on the site."

2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design 810.2.2 "Dimensions. Bus stop boarding and alighting areas shall provide a clear length of 96 inches (2440 mm) minimum, measured perpendicular to the curb or vehicle roadway edge, and a clear width of 60 inches (1525 mm) minimum, measured parallel to the vehicle roadway."

Every weekend the bars and restaurants across the street blast Latin music until 2AM. Oh and let's not forget the loud motorbikes and car woofers. Would be nice if someone enforced the noise ordinance.

We have a lot of students that they're taking advantage of making more money for 2 bedroom unit on their website, they say that they're near Yale. These students just wanna get a doctorate or an education, and now they're spending sewer prices and have to live like that. They don't speak much English, some of them, it's not their fault. To half ten people paying for a1or2 bedroom apartment 🤔

Water leaking constantly down side of building along Jefferson Street side of 790 Grand Street. Probably from faulty air conditioning system. Waste of water and possibly contaminated water pooling in Lenzi Park and sidewalks.
