There are an entire group of men in my neighbors back yard I’ve seen no less than 8 so far they are all congregating and play dice it appears also from what I can tell drinking and drug use also the address is 81 elliot street

Almost every day, this person, in addition to displaying disgusting graphic pictures which children see before to go to school, harasses pedestrians, who are passing by.
I asked him not to talk to me but he does everyday.

I do not understand why we protect our children from inappropriate contents on TV or online, and we allow them to see even worse contents on the streets?
Sounds illogical and a paradox to me.

Can we forbid this person to not publish such disturbing contents and stop him from harassing pedestrians?

There is a young man living in the Edgewood Park gazebo.
He has been there night and day for the last two months.
He sleeps on the picnic table in the gazebo, has a growing pile of belongings and debris, and he spends most of the day pacing in and around the structure. I don't want to call the police, but this young guy seems to be more and more agitated and talks to himself. The neighborhood people do not walk through the gazebo anymore. Can't we get so social workers to come visit him, and find him shelter?

The Kensington Playground is about to be sold for $1 to The Community Builders, so they can build a 15-unit apartment building and a 15-car surface parking lot. On Wednesday, Sept. 30 at 6:00 pm, the Community Development Committee of the Board of Alders is holding a hearing on the sale.

The noise level coming from 23 Tilton area almost every weekend, and some week nights, is way beyond acceptable levels. There are parties with people packed into the driveway, in front of the house, and in the backyard, loudspeakers, a guy on a microphone, some kind of alarm thing going off last night (like at a club). Lasts for hours, always starts before 10p, often goes later; but definitely beyond noise ordinance, regardless of the time. We've called the non-emergency NHPD on at least 5 occasions over the past year, but it doesn't stop. We own our home and are landlords, pay plenty in taxes and are tired of the lack of enforcement of city regulations and total disregard for neighbors.

I need neighborhood support for any neighbors that live in the facility on Chapel Street Park that can hear the music continuously going on till 10 in the PM and you call the police department and they say they're too busy to send the car back. And rest assured if they were young black men sitting in that Park playing their music that loud they would have been shut them down at dusk so can someone other than myself please call the mayor's office and complain

There is a young female who lives at 115 Carmel St & allows her dog(s) to poop on everyone's lawn without picking it up. She walks a small little dog with no leash. The other two dogs I have seen her with are on leash but no control. One is a puppy husky & the other is a dark brown pit bull. This makes responsible dog owners look bad & have to defend themselves when they pick up after their dogs. I plan on calling animal control Monday to see if anything can be done.

It's great that the Q River Grill is a neighborhood presence however blasting an AM radio station on their outdoor patio on a Sunday afternoon with nobody on the patio is so unacceptable Hoping someone can help remind them we are a residential neighborhood
