My cat has been missing from the Hamden area since November 16th, he gets out occasionally but always comes back but hasn't been home. He went missing off of North St/Dixwell ave Hamden ct. His name is Pepper and was wearing a black, red, and white elastic collar with a little bell on it. He's 8-9 months. please contact me

The dog is wearing a bandana and a blue collar. He looks like a puppy and is not neutered.
