    I have seen a huskie & a german shepherd roaming my yard repeated over the last couple of months. I encountered the huskie, but he was skittish & ran away.

    They may have collars, but they don't appear to belong to anyone. They run free all the time.

Dogs not used to the outside can be scared and cause them extreme anxiety… Can the owner be notified?
