He says we cut some weeds in the ditch over the winter time and did not clean them up and the drainage is way worse now than it ever has in the past. He would like someone to go out and look at it when it is raining over the next few days because it looks fine right now but once it starts raining it will fill up. He would like someone to call him before they go out to look at it so he can show you what he is talking about. -
