    The water drain on the road in from of my house 203 sleepy way has a large long black bag that it's used for construction that has fallen inside the drainage but hanging inside the drainage an it's holding some of the water when it rains. Could it be removed before the blocks the entire drainage an falls completely inside?

    Upon recent visit to local city park, I noticed several extremely hazardous concerns. There are a number of protruding metal rods and missing and unattached boards on a wooden platform that pose potential to children and adult visitors alike. See attached photos.Very troubling.

    Drinking fountains: Children's drinking water fountain flow at pavilion barely trickles out. Observed children drinking water from kids fountain where they have to put their mouths directly on the spout. Unsanitary. Adult drinking fountain flow is good. Both fountains appear to be past the point where they are not able to be scrubbed clean.
