Can you please fill the two potholes located on the Sophia Lane side of the road?

2 Large Potholes that are actually in front of 31 Burlingame Lane and at the end of the property at 6 Dolores Court driveway as depicted by the photos.

All of Burlingame Lane has numerous potholes along the sides and in the middle of the road starting as soon as you turn off Evans Road onto Burlingame Lane all the way down. This could use attention right away please as I reached out to the Town Manager and he advised me to go this route to rectify the situation. Thank you

The road is crumbling in multiple areas along our front our our home and is need of repair.

At the smithfield and north smithfield line, large pothole

Pothole is on Evans Road just after Mapleville Road on the LEFT near the MAILBOXES.

(It is not located at 4 Evans Road) It's before near the mailboxes location.

Potholes from Evans Road intersection to Austin Avenue intersection so the entire length of Mapleville Road has numerous potholes. It is not specifically at 125 Mapleville Road as I had to use this address for the app to register the ticket.
