    I scooped up most of the broken glass Svedka 1/2 gallon by the storm drain today, and recycled 4 Sam Adams empties placed in the drain as shown.. A deercam, set to certain hours that can be checked when other dumping occurs could help offset the constant cleanups needed there, and at the quarry.

    Very large pothole about 6- 8 inches deep causing damage to vehicle driving over it. I traffic hazard especially at night. Notified police to place a cone to prevent further damage. Also pot holes from pole 28 to Haven Street.

    Have requested that a re-pavement and to control the run off water from pole 28 to to Haven Street. Can it be pushed up on the list this spring. Everytime it rains, the pot hole come back and come back bigger.

    Potholes from Evans Road intersection to Austin Avenue intersection so the entire length of Mapleville Road has numerous potholes. It is not specifically at 125 Mapleville Road as I had to use this address for the app to register the ticket.
