    The lanes of Ranch road, westbound, are uneven. It seems like part is sinking. Last night I damaged two wheels and tires on my car simply changing lanes, not realizing the lane I was changing into was significantly higher than the lane I was in. The higher pavement literally tore rubber off my tires and damaged my wheels.

    I originally reported road conditions along Dewitt St back in October 2022 and when we spoke you had mentioned the possibilities of repairs at the end of that year or sometime in the following years. We’re now in 2024 and no repairs have been made…and the original request was closed as if the problem had been resolved. it’s really frustrating to see all the other roads around us being repaired but nothing still on Dewitt St.

    What do we have to do to get these repairs accomplished?

    There is a large crack/hole at the intersection of Woodbridge Parkway and Sachse Road. When you turn right out of Woodbridge onto Sachse Road, the tires always hit the hole and it sounds really bad. This messes the car alignment up and could cause tire damage or a wreck It needs to be at least patched
