They seem to be running a tire shop out of their garage.

There's litter everywhere on their property.

There's always someone drinking out in plain view on the side of Addison st, which is not their front or back of the house. There's been times when you drive or walk pass this corner house there is someone passed out drunk while kids are playing or when we're walking with our dogs.

I'm not familiar with sanitation code, however I did hear and see water being pumped next to and onto the sidewalk (under the brick wall next to the driveway, to which we walk, but don't know if it's sewage and sump water or just sump water. Either way, I imagine the water is causing erosion under the sidewalk and causing it to dip in that spot. I thought sump water is supposed to discharge onto the grass only.

Selling everyday without permits, strangers walking in and out of the home. If you read the ad, it's stating not to contact just to show up between the hours of 2-10pm every day Unless this person was granted unlimited Yard sign privileges or business license I don't think this is allowed. This was reported to the police last year and yet nothing has been done. I will report every day if needed and take it to the news if needed also There are Town is not doing anything to help residence

The owner is pumping water from their sump pump straight onto the sidewalk. can they pump the water anywhere not on the sidewalk please.

Neighbor is building some contraption in the front yard and I don’t see a permit in the window

Neighbor at 521 e red oak ave has sump pump exiting directly into neighbors back yard flooding yard and water into the crawl space

Dead tree in backyard overhanging the power lines. Needs to be cut before it falls and takes down the lines

Sunday morning I went down to my basement and found see coming up through the sewer. It totally down throughout the entire basement. It was not raining that hard and it was not flooding anywhere(except my basement). I did call the 911 number and the village came out to inspect the problem. They did find a piece of sheet metal blocking the sewer. Once it was removed the water receeded, leaving behind the damage. We've had a similar incident last year but it turned out to be tree roots that time. I would like to file a claim to reimburse us for our losses and for the clean up(again)

Standing water. Entire property line next to cement wall bordering condos is littered with brush and garbage. Standing water in field every time it rains.Please have garbage and brush cleaned up.
