Drain is not draining and filled with leaves

Tons of leaves are clogging the storm drain

This neighborhood has been finished since December and the yards and parkstrips have been finished. Can you remove the orange storm drain covers?

There is a sign that has fallen. See image. I don't know where it belongs.

There is no stop sign or Markings of any kind for pedestrian crossings as vehicles will tend to not even stop here or stop where the crosswalk would be as they exit from Dimple Dell Rec Center.

This stop sign for vehicles exiting is on the wrong side of the sidewalk. It's on the street side, not on the business side. If a car stops where the sign shows, the car will stop in the crosswalk. It is too close to State Street and needs to be moved to the other side.

Hydrant is leaking from side spout

The mens bathroom urinal at crescent park is continually running and overflowing.
