Sandy, UT PLUS

The sandy hiking trail on the west side of the Sandy amphitheater that goes along the golf course and ends at the Quarry Bend softball fields has numerous cracks in the asphalt that have gotten much bigger over the winter. A few years ago the city filled the cracks but now after another winter, the cracks are wider and are present about every 20 feet along the trail. It is a hazard for people walking this trail. I wanted to ask if it is on a schedule for repair this spring?

The water fountains at this park are usually hit and miss if they work. Currently the one by the playground is broken. Can someone please take a look?

There is a large wasp nest high in a tree on the south side of Falcon Park. The tree is behind houses 1741 and 1751 Plata Way. Three wasps' nests were reported previously and two have already been removed.

People are not picking up after their dogs at this park. Can we get a sign and doggie bags? Hoping a reminder will help people to keep the park clean.

This city property has NOT BEEN MOWED Nor TREATED FOR WEEDS. Strange fern like weeds are spreading like crazy. Dandelions were full bloom last week. We treated what dandelions we could when doing our adjacent yard.
Please get it on the mowing and treatment schedules!!!

There are sections at Scott Cowdell Park where they missed the weeds. Can they spray again?

The lawn at Hidden Valley Park is nearly totally taken over by dandelions. It is very unsightly.

Pot hole in the road.

While driving to the neighborhood, the road was restricted because of cars and garbage on the road. The garbage is taking up a lot of space and nearly had an accident because of the debris. Please have homeowner keep their garbage in cans or on their property thanks !...
