Pot hole in the road.

Sink hole getting worse last month. Cars going to Middle school hit it

Not a pothole but the dip here is so bad. It's been bad for years but then Sandy City repaved the road over the summer and so the road is up even higher than it was before. There are so many gouges in the asphalt from all the vehicles that scrape across it going in and out of the parking lot there. It's near impossible to not scrape your car on that road. Please help

The manhole in the right lane of the eastbound side is so deep it makes my rear view mirror fly off every time I accidentally hit i (which had never happened to me before this hole). Last time, it hurt me and then it my child in the back seatt. It's righ in the lanet whereyou have driv and it's invisible untilnearly the last secon because it's that deepd,d so it's hard to misIt appears to be the kind of spot that gets worse really fast in winte weatherr , too Thanks so much!s

10" pothole in roadway

There's a steel water main access cover with a concrete ring around it in the road that is sinking. It has sunk about 4 in. It's going to bend a wheel or blow out a tire . I have reported this already over 2 months ago and nothing has been done about it . Please address.

E.B. right lane there is a MH and concrete ring settling. it's below asphalt grade and very rough to drive over.

While driving to the neighborhood, the road was restricted because of cars and garbage on the road. The garbage is taking up a lot of space and nearly had an accident because of the debris. Please have homeowner keep their garbage in cans or on their property thanks !...

Dirt in roadway from construction and dust blowing through surrounding neighborhoods from excavation

valve cover and retention ring have popped out of road bed. the cover and retention ring are now at corner of Mapleside Ln. consider this a road hazard as a passing car could fling these into traffic.

Valve cover in road bed came off and is on the roadside. Hole is uncovered for potential damage to autos.
