Wildflower Park is in need of new playground equipment It has never been updated or replaced since the park was put in. It has eliminated parts of the playground as it has broken down .. ex: slide. Please put in a new playground for all the many kids and families that use this beautiful park...

Middle ribbon on tennis court is missing.

The walking path around the soccer field at Flat Iron Mesa Park has a few dangerous raised areas due to root growth pushing up the asphalt.

There are pine trees on the south side of Lone Peak Park that are covered in vines. I am concerned that the vines will smother the trees and kill them. My husband and I can meet with you to discuss if needed. Jodi Vawdrey 801-205-8857.

Numerous, sizeable tree branches are scattered throughout the park, especially near the east side of the parking lot and down on the soccer field.

Pothole is located on the road, right before coming into JCU's driveway for the building. It is the North-end driveway.

It looks like a large pothole is about to happen at this intersection, uphill lane on 10000 South. The pavement has not collapsed yet, but it is inevitable.

it has gotten worse. been here about a month. couple days ago out got potentially filled, truck was there, 5 cones got set out. yesterday's 4 cones vanished, now there are no cones and it is about 5 or 6 inches deep and fits more than my size 9 shoes.
