The caller indicates that behind his home, at the above address, there is are 4-5 missing trees that used to line the road. He says going up the hill and south by Reams are where the trees are gone. He was hoping to see some new ones re-planted along the roadway.

The caller lives at the above listed address, and says just north of her home, there is an island in the road, and there is a dead tree in the island that she is requesting to be removed. Thanks

Tennis Net is broken on court 1 and court 2 at Flat Iron Mesa Park in Sandy. Please replace the net.

Wildflower Park has a sidewalk on the north end that is very raised and can cause tripping. As we walk the park it's very hazsardness evan with a walker.
Please look at it and smooth it off.

There are holes all over at this park. Is there a gopher or mole problem? KB

The sandy hiking trail on the west side of the Sandy amphitheater that goes along the golf course and ends at the Quarry Bend softball fields has numerous cracks in the asphalt that have gotten much bigger over the winter. A few years ago the city filled the cracks but now after another winter, the cracks are wider and are present about every 20 feet along the trail. It is a hazard for people walking this trail. I wanted to ask if it is on a schedule for repair this spring?

The walking path around the soccer field at Flat Iron Mesa Park has a few dangerous raised areas due to root growth pushing up the asphalt.

There are a lot of pests/voles in this park, and I was wondering if you could install owl boxes in the trees. Not sure what the policy is. Thank you.

The caller said he lives by Eastridge Park and has seen "rats" on the Northeast side on the slope. He says there are "holes" and that the dogs are going crazy digging in the holes. He assumes that is where the rats are hiding. He says he also saw a dead rat, that has now been removed by another animal of someone. He would like us to check this out and see if there is something we can do about the problem..

There are pine trees on the south side of Lone Peak Park that are covered in vines. I am concerned that the vines will smother the trees and kill them. My husband and I can meet with you to discuss if needed. Jodi Vawdrey 801-205-8857.
