    There again is a large pothole at the entrance to the Middlesex Health Outpatient Center at 534 Saybrook Rd, Middletown, CT.

    Street is pitched incorrectly causing standing water to pool around walkway. Additionally, various potholes are present make for a dangerous roadway especially when visibility past the hill is uncertain.

    Two places of concern for Middletown or State DOT. One is right in front of Davita Dialysis (where ambulances drop off patients), the previously filled in potholes have become holey again possibly due to all the recent rains.

    And second, From the YMCA on Crescent, South on Main St Ext/Saybrook Rd out to Randolph Rd and possibly beyond is in Serious need of paving.

    Just relaying some concerns.

    The Saybrook road between Walgreens/CVS and Randolph road intersection is horrible. There are so many potholes, it damages car and things in the car and goes on for sooo long!

    This did not resolve the issue. The street is still sinking at another part. The only way to fix it is to tear up the street and figure out why it is turning into a giant sinkhole.

    Upset about the condition of the road. Just filling the potholes is not solving the problem and he would like to speak with someone about his. He also has a problem with the way the snow plow plows, all the pebbles from the road are going into his yard and now there is like another road on his property (its that bad, he said). He would like to speak with someone.
