    Can we get an update on this matter? I have put in complaints before on the yard, dogs, RATS and chickens. The backyard is overgrown his dogs get out and poop in our yards. Now the chicken are getting out,destroying my property and pooping all over my front porch. I have try to speak to him and he will not come to the door. I was told that you are NOT allowed to have chickens in the city limits. No one has done anything about this. I know that some of the other neighbors feel the same. It is NOT right that I or my neighbors have to come home and clean up from his dogs and chickens. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!
