    Evergreen tree overgrown into sidewalk, dangerously causing pedestrians to have to navigate dangerously close to street.

    The new industrial construction next to Huddlestone Bridge Neighborhood is causing major mud and debris in the road. When it rains, this problem only becomes worse - our cars get extremely dirty, I mean EXTREMELY dirty.

    We understand the roads inside Chimney Lakes subdivision will be re-paved shortly. There’s been a dangerous jog in the curb as you go north on Johnson in Ferry from Shallowford into the subdivision. This would be a great time to smooth out the bend so people aren’t either hitting it or having last minute reactions steering to avoid it.

    Our property is at the bottom of a small hill off of the Cobb County street of donna lynn drive SE. During significant rainfall, a considerable amount of water runs down the street and runs over the low/non-existent curb against our property line which causes damage to our yard and ends up creating a large pool of water in the back of our property. Raising the curbs next to the driveway & in front of the house will help keep the rainwater out of our yard and on its intended flow path to a proper county drain.

    I have attached photos of the curbs and I also have a video that shows the issue but I was unable to attach it here.

    Lastly, I already went down the route of asking Smyrna to repair the curb but they said my property is unincorporated Cobb and recommended I reach out to the county. Thank you and looking forward to discussing solutions.

    The rolled curb is cracking/braking up along the street and culd-a-sac. The pavement is cracked along the edge of the curb.
