Popping sounds continued for several minutes and streetlights flickered on and off. It was kind of eerie . I have a video if you want to see it. Thanks and I hope everything is okay -

It makes an evening stroll along there very scary, as people are sleeping on the benches along that stretch, too. All of the lights are out up there. Could be some kind of sabotage to make it easier to camp out. It's been this way all summer. I've been meaning to report it for several months now. -
