Utah north of locust road is wash boarded and needs a road grader ran down it to smooth it back out and could use a few loads of gravel.

Gravel shoulder washed out. It is very bumpy leaving the lower field at West HS and is a hazard as you can not get up to speed if someone was coming around the curve. It tosses you around it’s so bumpy.

Can the city put down some more gravel on the parking area in the 1800 Block of N Elsie Ave (west side) where the school buses pull over and must load and unload the students for West High School. Thank you

Could someone come over and seal the cracks near this storm drain grate? There's a lot of water finding its way in through the cracks and not through the storm drain grate. There's already some evidence of erosion from the water penetrating around the storm drain box. I'd like it to be sealed up before it becomes a bigger issue. Thanks!

It's been a while since we've had new gravel put down along George Washington Blvd. and there are quite a few spots where water sits in holes. I want to request new gravel along W. George Washington Blvd.

This entire T Section at 2716 Lombard and Thornwood has sinking areas starting to grow and holes happening in the road.
